This document is intended as a starting point for the customer to edit and build upon as their use of Sonia expands. Keep this on an internal share drive to be shared among the placement team if someone is out or if there are staff changes.

A few suggestions for how to make the most of this manual:

• Remove options/steps that do not apply to your program
• Add screenshots to help you remember buttons, tabs, and click sequence
• Arrange the tasks in the order of your processes; add additional tasks that apply to your program
