Creating a Custom Field

You can add custom fields just about anywhere in Sonia. They allow you to track/search on/report on additional information about a record.

For Social Work programs, also below is a document that lists custom fields that need to be created on various entities in Sonia in order to use the CSWE Report in the Reports tab.

Note that custom fields cannot be deleted, only rendered inactive.
