If you are not using SSO (single sign-on; or, university authentication) for the Sonia client and have forgotten your password, you can ask a colleague to change your password for you. This colleague must have "can administer placement officers" permission. Or, you can contact help@soniasupport.com, and we will send you a new password via secure link.

Hi! What is SSO? Apologies for my ignorance. Thanks!
Hi, Renata -
Apologies for the confusion. SSO means single sign-on. It refers to the type of authentication that recognizes a user's organization login credentials for Sonia. This is a common authentication type for placement officers, students, and university supervisors.
