Manually importing Sites

When you have several sites to add to Sonia, it is helpful to be able to import them in bulk. And, Sonia gives you the opportunity to do that any time!

Attached below are the resources you need to get started:

1. "Site Import Template - InClient - SAMPLE": this provides some examples and tips for how to list your data
2. "Site Import Template - InClient": this is what you will use for your data and is the ONLY format that can be used for importing sites into the Sonia Client. Do not add or remove columns from this spreadsheet.
   

Once the template is complete (and saved as a csv), watch this short video demonstration on how to manually import your Sites using the in-client Site Importer.

Import the sites into your Test environment first so that you can review the data, and if all looks good, import into Production.
