Sonia Will Not Open

If you have double-clicked on the Sonia icon on your desktop, and it doesn't do anything, clearing your cache on your computer should do the trick.

Follow these steps:

1. Open your file explorer
    a. Click your Windows button and then the paper icon
    b. OR, you may have a file folder icon pinned to your Task bar

2. Paste the following into the address bar (not the search bar) along the top: %LOCALAPPDATA%\Apps\2.0

3. Delete both the Data folder and the folder with a gibberish name
4. Launch Sonia
