Why Is the Impersonate Button Grayed Out?

If you open the profile of a Sonia Online user and see that the Impersonate button is grayed out, this could mean one of the following:

• The user does not have a username
• The user is locked out (This box is checked but should not be)
• The user is not marked as Approved (This box is not checked but needs to be)

Once you resolve the issue, click the OK button, and save the user's profile. (No need to do anything with the password.)
