Sonia Updates for Cancelled Placements

Based on feedback from customers, we have prioritized feature development for improved functionality with custom fields as they come across cancelled placements. This will allow universities to track placement cancellations and reasons via a custom field.

Universities will be able to retain the historical data of placements, cancellations, and the associated reasons. Within the product, users can view custom fields on the Placement Request screen (within Placement Groups) and bulk edit with the Placement Request function.

This functionality is available in the 2019Q3 and 2019Q4 builds released in April 2020. Please contact Sonia Support to coordinate this update for your university.
