Sonia Basic Training Guide

The attached document is designed to assist new users with learning the Sonia system. The features and modules in the document will provide the user with a basic understanding of the most frequently used features in Sonia.  

This guide is to be used in conjunction with the Sonia Support videos and documentation.

We have also attached the word version of this guide which is intended for organisations to use as a base template that they can tailor to their own specific needs/processes.
