Accessing the Sonia Client for the first time

Creating an account

Sonia Live Users

When the Sonia live environment is created for the first time we will give someone at the university Adminstration Access in the Sonia system and they will be responsible for all future accounts. If there is no one at the university that has this access you will need to send an email to Help@SoniaSupport.com and the Sonia Support team will create this person for you.

Sonia Enterprise Users

You will need to speak to your University IT as someone from the IT Department should have access to create new users or someone from your Faculty will have Adminstration Access to create your account. If there is no one at the university that has this access you will need to send an email to Help@SoniaSupport.com and the Sonia Support team will create this person for you.

Sonia Enterprise

As each Sonia Enterprise system will be unique the download link will also vary. Your University IT Department should be aware of the install link as the Sonia Support team and the University IT Department work together to setup the Sonia System. You will need to speak to your IT Department and request the install link.
