Archiving Data

Once an academic term has finished and placements with their respective forms and assignments have been completed, you will want to archive this data so that you can focus on current and upcoming placements.

"Closing out" placement groups and deactivating students are explained in the document below. It also indicates where to find the archived data in the client as well as where your Sonia Online users can find their historical data.
