Using Communication

Use the Communication feature to bulk communicate with all roles in Sonia. The Guide below walks you through how to create a communication template and from where in Sonia you can Communicate.

Also attached is a document with a sample welcome communication template for all roles. This document will be updated periodically with additional samples.
