The Rankings feature allows placement officers to keep track of where students are in the placement process, from student preferences through to placement decisions. It can be used at various levels, including student and site involvement.
Some examples:
- A placement officer has identified 3 students who would benefit from being placed at “Site A”. She wants to use Rankings to keep track of this shortlisting (or referral) process.
- You want Site contacts to be able to see a list of students who preferenced them. The Site contact will be able to see each student’s documentation and will be able to rate their preference for each.
- Students can accept or decline a site’s placement offer.
Like most Sonia features, student ranking can be used in a multitude of ways and in conjunction with other Sonia features.
